Oakdale, NY — The Fresh Grocer of Oakdale is marking its first anniversary with a major community celebration and inviting the public to take part in a full weekend of free, family-friendly fall fun.

The store will host a two-day Fall Fest Weekend on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day at its location in the Lighthouse Commons Center, 871 Montauk Highway, Oakdale, NY.

The outdoor event will be a celebration of the season and a heartfelt thank-you to the Oakdale community. Families can expect a packed schedule of free activities, live entertainment, and giveaways designed to bring neighbors together and kick off the fall season in style.

Saturday’s lineup features live classic R&B music from The Little Wilson Band, while Sunday turns up the twang with Southbound Live performing country hits, hosted by My Country Radio.

In addition to music, the festival will offer a variety of interactive attractions. Highlights include tractor hayrides, a mechanical bull, kids’ inflatable play zones, and hands-on arts & crafts stations. Festivalgoers can also join Coach Deanne for line dancing lessons, and browse a selection of local vendors and exhibitors offering free samples and giveaways throughout the weekend.
