Plainview, NY – All Music Inc. – A Long Island staple for musicians and music enthusiasts, proudly celebrated its Grand Opening Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on September 13th at 1 PM, marking over four decades of curating the Long Island sound under owner Guy Brogna.
The day was nothing short of incredible, filled with music, family, friends, customers and community leaders who came out to show their support. Tons of photos and videos will be posted soon, but the spirit of the day was already captured in the overwhelming sense of community and gratitude that surrounded the event.
“I have a long list of people to thank, so stay with me,” said Brogna, who made sure to acknowledge those who made the Grand Opening possible. He shared heartfelt appreciation for his friend Joey “Jem” Cangemi and his company Universal S, who ran the entire buildout of the new space and was there every step of the way, ensuring that everything was done exactly how he wanted and even accomplishing more than expected within the same budget. He also thanked his wife Danielle and daughters Haley, Mia, and Isabella for supporting him through this process, and for always standing by him.
Brogna expressed gratitude to his dedicated staff: Tommy P, Bryan, Patrick, Jesse, Jenn, Johnny Ash, Tommy B, Adam and Rich for being right by his side throughout the challenges of preparing the new location. He also acknowledged his landlords at Treeco, Fred and Al, who were helpful and supportive throughout the entire project. His appreciation extended to his PR team at Magnetic Vine, Rick and Rob Eberle, who continue to keep his name strong and assist with whatever he needs, as well as Paul at Rockaway Relics, who painted the bathroom door and crafted a custom sign with flawless workmanship.
The thanks continued as Brogna reflected on all those who attended, including his parents and in-laws, his brother and sister and their families, his Hicksville crew, friends, customers who have become friends, and countless others. “You all made this crazy year of work worth it,” he said. He also thanked Al Smith and Misery and Gin’s Blaze and Ryder, who provided entertainment throughout the day, and Mark Mendoza (Twisted Sister), a constant source of support. Recognition went as well to Rob and Stu at The Shark radio for starting the day’s festivities, Bill for documenting the event with photography, and the Plainview-Old Bethpage Chamber of Commerce, David, Larry, Barbara, and Samia, for helping bring the celebration together. Brogna also expressed his gratitude to Supervisor Joe Saladino, Legislator Drucker, and Senator Rhoads for their presence and support of local business.
“This has been a crazy year of hard work, but standing in this space with all of you made it worth it,” Brogna said.

The ribbon cutting featured live performances, giveaways, special in-store promotions and a strong turnout from the local music community, setting the tone for a bright new chapter in All Music Inc.’s long history.

With over 1,500 instruments rented to local musicians and a repair shop trusted by legends like Richie Blackmore, Jesse Lacey of Brand New, and Michael Angelo Batio, All Music has remained a cornerstone of Long Island’s music scene for 41 years.

All Music Inc. continues to give back to the community with partnerships with WBAB, 94.3 The Shark, Long Island Cares, and ROCKcanRoll, while also hosting performances, clinics and charity drives with artists such as Devon Allman, Larry Mitchell, John Moyer of Disturbed, and Bakithi Kumalo of Paul Simon.
Brogna also co-runs G&R Events alongside Rick Eberle and Magnetic Vine, bringing national acts to stages across the Tri-State area, and recently launched Sound Island, a sound production and rental company. His community-driven approach extends into education, including international initiatives like the Occupational Octaves Piano series.
