MAY 2026 – Alternative rock collective Minimum Champion will release their new single, “I Can’t Do This Forever,” on Friday, May 15th, marking the first release from their forthcoming album Leave No Trace, due June 12th. With an album release show at Amityville Music Hall on September 12th alongside Craving Strange.
Built around themes of heartbreak, resilience, and emotional endurance, Minimum Champion exists in the space between collapse and persistence. The project’s music captures the quiet moments where survival itself becomes an act of courage, leaning into raw vulnerability without losing sight of hope.
“I wrote ‘I Can’t Do This Forever’ about trying to shoulder the world for too long and admitting something needs to change,” says Minimum Champion.
Blending elements of alternative rock, indie rock, emo, punk, and singer-songwriter storytelling, “I Can’t Do This Forever” introduces listeners to the emotional core of Leave No Trace. The forthcoming album explores the aftermath of loss and the internal fight to continue moving forward when everything feels uncertain.
“Leave No Trace is a record about heartbreak, endurance, and the quiet fight to keep moving forward even when everything feels like it’s falling apart.”
The project was written and performed entirely by Minimum Champion, produced by Antony Lopardo and Minimum Champion, with lead guitars by Dan DelVecchio and mixed and mastered by Ray Marte at Westfall Recordings. With more music expected throughout the summer and an album release show currently in the works, Minimum Champion is poised to make a lasting impression through deeply personal songwriting and an unfiltered approach to alternative music.
“I Can’t Do This Forever” will be available on all streaming platforms Friday, May 15th.
