Experienced leaders in live production, music, event management, marketing and education join forces to serve Long Island and the Tri-State Area

LONG ISLAND, NY — Three experienced leaders in New York’s music and live-event industry have joined forces to launch Sound Island, a full-service event production company providing professional production, technical services and event management for concerts, festivals, municipal celebrations, corporate events, schools, nonprofits and community organizations throughout Long Island and the Tri-State region.

Sound Island brings together the complementary experience of co-founders Guy Brogna, Rick Eberle and Jared Feldman. The company provides professional audio, lighting, staging, video production, live streaming, backline rentals, event staffing, artist and talent coordination, and complete production management.

Sound Island was created to address a common challenge in live events: clients frequently have to coordinate multiple vendors and production disciplines to execute a single event. Sound Island offers a more integrated approach, bringing technical production, staffing, artist coordination and event management together through one production team.

BUILT BY INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS

Guy Brogna, Co-Founder and Director of Production, Booking & Backline, is the owner of All Music Inc. in Plainview and a former touring bassist with Ludichrist and Scatterbrain. His background combines live performance, touring, musical equipment, rentals, education and the practical technical requirements of producing shows.

Rick Eberle, Co-Founder and Director of Strategy, Booking & Marketing, has built a career spanning music, marketing, public relations and live entertainment. A BMI-affiliated singer, songwriter and guitarist, Eberle’s original music with Iridesense has appeared on Nickelodeon programs including Drake & Josh, Zoey 101 and iCarly. Through his work with Magnetic Vine and G&R Events, he has also been involved in public relations, artist development, social media strategy, event marketing, booking and concert promotion.

Jared Feldman, Co-Founder and Director of DJ Culture, Education & Technology, brings experience in DJ performance, music education, production technology and interactive entertainment. Through his work developing music and performance programs, Feldman adds expertise in school and educational events, workshops, hybrid productions, livestreaming and technology-driven entertainment experiences.

LIVE EVENT EXPERIENCE

The Sound Island team brings experience from productions and event work involving the Merrick Chamber of Commerce, Town of Oyster Bay, Village of Mineola, Nassau County, Montauk Music Festival, Jones Beach Bandshell for NYS Parks, and concerts, festivals, schools, nonprofit organizations and community events throughout the region.

Sound Island can support projects ranging from community concert series and festivals to corporate activations, school events and productions involving touring artists. Services can be scaled to the technical and operational needs of each event.
